Bon Food Industries Hiring! Full Time QC Assistant in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

• Perform quality control inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards and product specifications.
• Conduct product testing and analysis to ensure finished products meet required quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in monitoring all Quality Control (QC) activities, including incoming material inspections and outgoing process checks, to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality enhancement activities to achieve quality objectives and operational excellence.
• Identify, investigate, and report quality issues, defects, and non-conformances to Management.
• Handle customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and liaise with internal departments on matters related to quality assurance and product compliance.
• Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of QC inspection records and all quality-related documentation.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Control programs and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Studies, or other related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the manufacturing or food manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Food Safety Management Systems, and other food-related regulations is preferred.
• Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.
• Possess own transportation.
• Able and willing to work on night shifts when required.

Working Arrangement

• Alternate 6-working-day schedule (subject to the Company's roster arrangement).
• Working Hours: 7am – 4pm or 7pm-4am
• Overtime is available up to a maximum of 2.5 hours per day and is subject to operational requirements and employee willingness.
• Night Shift Allowance and Full Attendance Allowance are provided in accordance with Company policy.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
