• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy and integrity of inventory records and stock levels at all warehouse locations.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise monthly inventory stock counts and cycle counts, ensuring timely completion and reporting.
• Prepare and submit monthly stock reports, including inventory analysis, stock movement, and product turnover reports.
• Issue monthly Write-On and Write-Off reports for damaged, expired, or obsolete stocks.
• Plan and coordinate on-time deliveries for both local and outstation customers.
• Liaise closely with Logistics, Purchasing, Production, and Sales Departments to ensure smooth receipt and delivery of goods.
• Monitor and evaluate receiving activities to ensure accuracy in receiving reports, storage locations, and material movements.
• Ensure materials are properly stored to maximize space utilization and comply with safety and quality requirements.
• Oversee the movement of materials from receiving to storage areas in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and hand pallet trucks, are in good working condition and coordinate repairs and maintenance when required.
• Monitor the movement and control of plastic pallets and empty pallets belonging to the Company and third parties.
• Ensure all trade return procedures are carried out in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate delivery schedules and resolve operational issues with the Sales and Logistics Departments.
• Support and drive warehouse improvement initiatives, including 5S and Kaizen activities.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, guide, and supervise warehouse personnel to achieve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse supervision will be an added advantage.
• Possess good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Computer literate and familiar with inventory or ERP systems.
• Possess a valid forklift driving licence/certificate and able to operate a forklift.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.
• Possess own transportation.

Working Arrangement:

• Alternate 6-working-day work week.
• Working Hours 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Overtime opportunities available, with up to 2.5 hours of OT per day based on operational requirements.
• Work Location: Kapar, Selangor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
