Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Admin Coordinator to oversee and manage administrative and coordination functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, managing workflows, and supporting cross-functional teams in logistics and e-commerce fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily administrative and coordination activities
- Supervise and guide junior coordinators or admin staff
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance
- Handle escalations, complaints, and urgent operational issues
- Improve workflow processes and recommend operational improvements
- Prepare reports and summaries for management review
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling high-volume operations
- Knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP systems
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
