Responsibilities

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Robotics Engineer to join our R&D and product development team. This role focuses on the end-to-end development of Autonomous Ground Vehicle (AGV) solutions, from system design and prototyping to deployment and commercialization. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing robust, scalable, and market-ready autonomous robotics products.

What You Will Do:

  • Design, develop, and integrate AGV systems, including hardware, software, sensors, and control systems.
  • Build, test, and validate AGV prototypes, refining designs based on field testing and user feedback.
  • Develop and optimize navigation, localization, path planning, and obstacle avoidance algorithms.
  • Integrate sensors such as LiDAR, GPS, IMU, cameras, and other perception systems.
  • Develop robotics software using ROS and embedded platforms.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electronics, software, manufacturing, and commercial teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support product deployment, technical demonstrations, and customer onboarding activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry, safety, and operational standards.
  • Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and system specifications.
  • Support manufacturing and production teams to ensure product readiness for commercialization.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in robotics or AGV product development.
  • Proven experience supporting products through the full lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to deployment and commercialization.
  • Strong knowledge of ROS (Robot Operating System), SLAM, autonomous navigation, and robotics software development.
  • Experience integrating sensors including LiDAR, GPS, IMU, cameras, and perception systems.
  • Proficiency in C++ and Python.
  • Understanding of embedded systems, control systems, and robotics architecture.
  • Experience developing path planning, localization, and obstacle avoidance solutions.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation, warehouse robotics, or autonomous vehicle technologies is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
