Account Executive
Bandar Bukit Puchong, Selangor
RM 4,000 – RM 5,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), financial statements, and tax compliance.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, to support management decision-making
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities on financial and audit matters.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimise financial processes and reporting efficiency.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with SQL Accounting software and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and admin support.
- Language: Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulations
