Job Description

• Perform calibration of a wide range of instruments including, but not limited to, pressure, temperature, electrical, and dimensional equipment.
• Document calibration results and generate accurate calibration certificates for clients.
• Perform onsite calibration services at customer facilities as required.
• Conduct routine maintenance on calibration instruments to ensure ongoing accuracy and reliability.
• Identify equipment faults, carry out repairs when possible, or recommend replacements.
• Verify equipment accuracy against established calibration standards.
• Maintain thorough records of calibration results and ensure proper documentation for all services.
• Prepare reports and provide professional recommendations based on analysis of calibration data.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting calibration-related equipment issues.
• Offer technical support and guidance on calibration procedures and best practices.
• Follow all relevant safety protocols and quality standards during calibration work.
• Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws and standards, including ISO/IEC 17025 and ANSI.
• Participate in internal audits and inspections to support quality system compliance.
• Monitor stock levels of calibration tools, standards, and consumables; assist in restocking as needed.
• Ensure all calibration tools and standards are regularly calibrated and well-maintained.
• Take part in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical capabilities.
• Follow health and safety regulations related to the transportation and storage of calibration equipment.
• Ensure that the company transport vehicle is kept clean, organized, and in good condition.

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday
• 8.00 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.
• Breakfast break: 15 minutes
• Lunch break: 1 hour
• Tea break: 15 minutes
