Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop project schedules, including but not limited to key milestones, critical paths, detailed breakdowns, work package planning, and detailed micro-schedules.
2. Lead the determination of project critical paths, conduct progress tracking, manage schedule change control, and deliver regular reports.
3. Coordinate with project teams and managers to align schedules for design, regulatory authority submissions, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover; perform regular tracking and initiate mitigation plans when necessary.
4. Oversee the management and coordination of the schedule department.
Qualifications and skills:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Project Management, or a relevant engineering discipline.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial project schedule development and management.
3. Semiconductor, Chemical and/or Pharmaceutic project experience is preferred.
4. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is required.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bukit Mertajam
