Job Responsibilities：

1. Be responsible for the full-process technical control of industrial mechanical systems (water supply and drainage, mechanical piping system, steam, cooling tower system, chiller system, boiler system etc.), including the formulation, disclosure and implementation of construction method statements.

2. Coordinate with client supervisors, design teams, construction teams and contractors to solve on-site technical problems in mechanical construction, ensuring that the construction complies with design drawings, industry standards and project milestones.

3. Supervise the entire process of installation, connection, pressure testing and commissioning of mechanical equipment (cooling towers, chillers, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, water tanks, water treatment equipment etc.) to ensure system operation efficiency and compliance.

4. Coordinate and solve cross-operation problems between on-site mechanical construction and civil engineering, electrical, fire protection and other specialties, optimize construction processes and ensure construction progress.

5. Be responsible for sorting out mechanical construction documentations, acceptance of concealed works, filing of as-built documentations, and cooperating with the overall project acceptance.

Qualifications and skills:

1. Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Plumbing Discipline, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Equipment and Control Engineering or related majors.

2. Work Experience: 5 years or more of experience in industrial mechanical construction. Familiar with industrial mechanical construction processes and on-site management key points.

3. Core Skills: Proficient in the General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering and Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Industrial Metal Pipeline Engineering and relevant industrial mechanical standards; able to independently review mechanical and pipeline drawings; have equipment commissioning, precision testing and fault diagnosis capabilities; proficient in using CAD and Microsoft Office software.

4. Competencies: Strong on-site coordination ability, sense of responsibility and pressure resistance; able to adapt to on-site project assignments; strictly abide by safety norms and attach importance to construction safety and quality control.

5. Semiconductor, Chemical and/or Pharmaceutic project experience is preferred.

Pay: RM2,362.75 - RM6,964.21 per month
