Job Summary
The admin provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Director, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, effective communication, and smooth coordination across teams. Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Take meeting minutes and track action items.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents.
- Assist with project tracking and follow-up on key initiatives.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–5 years of administrative or executive support experience is preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
