Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Point of contact for HR and Admin matters for staff based at KL Office
· Talent Acquisition (Malaysia) – recruitment and on boarding
· Responsible for other HR spectrums which include but not limited to payroll administration, compensation & benefits, training & development
· Upkeep employee handbook according to latest HR policy and in line with HQ guideline
· Handle group insurance enrolment/termination and provide guidance on insurance claim submission
· Manage expatriate’s employment pass related matters (if any)
· Provide support in execution of yearly performance review
· Handle employee relation matters
· System administrator for HR system and door access system
· Responsible for office, admin and vendor management
· To perform any other duties assigned
Requirements:
· Candidate must at least hold the Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences
· Well versed with current HR practices, local Employment Act/Industrial Act, government statutory requirements
· Able to communicate effectively and candidly
· Able to work independently, proactive, highly self-motivated individual, good problem solver
· Detail oriented, well organized and set high performance standards
· Candidate must be willing to work at KL Office
· This is a yearly renewable contract, renewal subject to staff performance. Staff is still entitled for bonus and increment
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
