Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations and administrative functions. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfillment, effective coordination with courier partners, and maintaining high operational standards within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle full order fulfillment process from order creation to delivery
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (picking, packing, AWB labeling, manifest)
- Prepare airway bills and consignment notes accurately
- Create and manage manual orders when required
- Organize and coordinate transportation and delivery activities
- Liaise with courier service providers to resolve issues such as delivery delays, address changes, and order discrepancies
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and courier partners professionally
- Maintain proper documentation and filing system for all operational records.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field from a recognized institution
- Preferably at least 1 - 3 years of working experience in logistics / supply chain
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Positive work attitude with good attendance record
- Willing to work extended hours when required
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong coordination, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to solve problems and handle operational challenges effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce fulfillment environment
- Familiar with courier operations and shipping processes
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
