Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Accounts Admin to join PLAYA Racquet Club. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day basic accounting tasks, managing general office administration, and ensuring that daily business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Description
1. Accounts & Admin
· Handle daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) accurately.
· Prepare and issue invoices, official receipts, payment vouchers, and debit/credit notes.
· Assist to perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate accounting records.
· Monitor customer payments and supplier payments.
· Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
· Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing
· Update accounting transactions using Accounting Software.
· Liaise with auditors, tax agents and supplier when required.
· Perform any other ad-hoc accounting/finance or administrative duty assigned.
