Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Account team and Production team
• Providing support for all accounting functions
• Ensure all customers and suppliers enquiries reverted, follow up on orders & etc
• Maintain proper record, filing systems and ensure effective documents control.
• Management and control of petty cash
• Prepare reports and prompt issuance of payments and follow up on payment transactions
• Any other ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

• Computer literate and basic accounting knowledge are compulsory
• Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Organization, able to work within tight deadlines, independently and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to START WORK IMMEDIATELY or with short notice will be preferred.
• Willing to work in Bandar Sultan Sulaiman, PORT KLANG, Selangor
