Support optical network capacity planning and ensure accurate digital inventory for ILC services. You’ll analyze utilization, generate monthly reporting, maintain circuit routing/inventory records, and assist with restoration activities during outages (within SLA).

Responsibilities

• Capacity analysis and network optimization planning
• Monthly utilization reporting from digital inventory; trend analysis
• Maintain inventory record accuracy (assets, circuit routings, partner fibre connectivity)
• Document network designs and topology diagrams
• Support outage restoration and standby/on-call readiness
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/vendors

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering/Telecommunications (or relevant field)
• Telecom experience in transport/optical transmission/Ethernet
• Strong knowledge of OTN/Ethernet; DWDM knowledge is expected
• L2/L3 networking and TCP/IP fundamentals (routing, IP addressing)
• Experience with networking hardware from major vendors
• Independent, proactive, and able to meet project timelines
