Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager (Facade) to lead and deliver large-scale façade projects in Singapore. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from planning and design coordination to site execution and completion—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

This role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of façade projects, including planning, scheduling, and delivery
• Manage site installation progress, technical challenges, and coordination issues
• Review façade designs, drawings, and specifications for compliance and constructability
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Monitor site progress and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Manage procurement, suppliers, and installer networks to support project efficiency and cost control
• Prepare project reports, manage cost control, variations, and claims
• Lead and develop site teams to achieve project milestones
• Report project progress to Senior Project Manager / Project Director

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• Strong experience in aluminum / glazing façade systems (e.g., curtain wall, cladding, glazing)
• Good understanding of façade drawings, QA/QC standards, and construction methods
• Proven experience managing construction projects in Singapore
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and project scheduling
• Familiar with MS Project, Excel, BIM, or CAD tools is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines
