We're Hiring: Gen AI Solution Architect!

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and adoption of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. This role will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable AI architectures, driving innovation initiatives, and ensuring secure, reliable, and governed deployment of AI capabilities across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Generative AI, cloud technologies, enterprise application architecture, and modern software engineering practices, with proven experience within the Private Equity and Wealth Management domain.

What You'll Do:

AI Solution Architecture & Design

• Design and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
  
• Define architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for AI-powered applications.
  
• Lead the development of AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent assistants, and Agentic AI frameworks.
  
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable AI platforms, frameworks, and tools.
  
  

AI Engineering & Delivery

• Provide hands-on leadership in the design and development of scalable AI applications.
  
• Architect AI workflows, model integration patterns, and enterprise knowledge solutions.
  
• Support development teams throughout the solution lifecycle, from design to deployment and production support.
  
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, and operational excellence for AI platforms.
  
  

Enterprise Integration & Platform Development

• Design integration approaches between AI solutions and enterprise systems, applications, and data platforms.
  
• Define APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures to support AI-enabled business processes.
  
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  
  

Governance, Security & Risk Management

• Ensure AI solutions adhere to enterprise security, governance, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
  
• Implement controls for responsible AI usage, model monitoring, and operational governance.
  
• Establish best practices for AI lifecycle management, model versioning, and performance monitoring.
  
  

Stakeholder Management & Advisory

• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
  
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations.
  
• Provide architectural guidance, technical leadership, and mentorship to project teams.
  
• Contribute to AI strategy, roadmap planning, and innovation initiatives.
  
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Master's Degree is preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, or related technical roles.
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.
• Mandatory experience within Private Equity, Wealth Management, Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services (BFSI) environments.
• Strong experience with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI solutions, prompt engineering techniques, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience developing production-grade AI applications.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, data platforms, and business systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Familiarity with containerization and deployment technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, data privacy, and responsible AI principles within enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in investment platforms, portfolio management systems, wealth advisory solutions, or financial data platforms will be highly advantageous.
