As Audit Manager at Joe Tan & Associates PAC Chartered Accountants, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a portfolio of audit engagements for clients across a diverse range of industries. Based in our central Singapore office, this full-time role will see you playing a pivotal part in ensuring the highest standards of audit quality and client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Plan, manage and oversee the execution of audit engagements for a portfolio of clients, ensuring adherence to relevant professional and firm standards
• Review and assess the work of audit teams, providing coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training to more junior staff
• Liaise with clients to understand their business, identify key risk areas and deliver insightful recommendations
• Prepare and present high-quality audit reports and financial statements to clients
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives to enhance audit quality, processes and thought leadership
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and presentations

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' post-qualification experience in external audit, ideally gained within a reputable accounting firm
• Proven track record of successfully managing audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Professional qualification in Accountancy 
• Aspire to be promoted to audit partner
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of audit quality and professional ethics
