Salary: $3,700/month

Working days: 5-6 days a week

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Singapore location, designed for aspiring leaders seeking growth opportunities within a dynamic and supportive environment. The Management Trainee will be responsible for learning and performing various operational and managerial tasks, working closely with experienced leaders to gain firsthand insight into our business processes. This role involves collaboration across teams, customer service management, problem resolution, and participation in strategic planning to enhance overall efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, management, or a related field (preferred)
