Quality Control:

• Follow quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Report any deviations from quality standards to the supervisor and take corrective action as directed.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and follow safety procedures for handling machinery and materials.
• Participate in safety training sessions and report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, production quantities, and any issues encountered.
• Complete production reports and other required documentation as instructed by the supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining inventory records of materials and supplies used in production.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work closely with other production operators, technicians, and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks, share information, and address any production-related issues.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving production processes and efficiency.

Housekeeping:

• Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient production environment.
• Perform regular cleaning of machinery, tools, and equipment to prevent contamination and ensure proper functioning.
• Dispose of waste materials according to company policies and environmental regulations.

Continuous Improvement:

• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing practices, to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Provide feedback to supervisors and suggest ideas for improving production processes, equipment performance, and safety.
