Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Manager, based in Damansara. Candidates must be Mandarin or Cantonese speaking to communicate with clients/supplier.

The Event Manager will oversee the entire event planning and execution process, including client consultations, budget management, vendor coordination, and team collaboration. Additional responsibilities include developing creative event concepts, managing timelines, and ensuring exceptional client experiences while maintaining project delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Event planning, execution, and project management experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
• Familiarity with event tools and software is a plus
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Degree or Diploma in Event Management or Hospitality services is recommended.
