Job Description

Responsibilities

Seeking a passionate and experienced dance instructor Ballet, Contemporary,Jazz, Kpop to join us!

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver impactful instruction for students aged 3 and above.
  • Cultivate a stimulating and nurturing learning environment that ignites a genuine love for dance.
  • Craft and implement curriculum tailored to various ages and skill levels, ensuring progression and engagement.
  • Assess student progress through ongoing evaluation and maintain detailed records.
  • Prepare students for dance examinations, ensuring technical accuracy and artistic expression.
  • Choreograph innovative routines across diverse styles and techniques for captivating performances and competitions.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, building a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
  • Manage classroom dynamics effectively, prioritizing safety, discipline, and positive reinforcement.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Dance Education or related field.
  • Recognized teaching qualification in at least one offered style (e.g., RAD, CSTD, ISTD).
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience teaching dance to children aged 3 and above.
  • Documented professional dance experience (performance and/or choreography) highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in preparing students for competitions and examinations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering open and effective dialogue with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Dynamic and engaging teaching style, capable of captivating and motivating young learners.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, ensuring curriculum development, lesson preparation, and performance organization run smoothly.
