Delivery & Project Leadership

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple Microsoft Business Applications and ERP implementation projects from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with agreed scope, quality, and customer expectations.
• Drive project governance, risk management, issue resolution, change control, and executive reporting across engagements.
• Facilitate steering committees, project reviews, and governance meetings with senior client stakeholders.

Client & Service Delivery Management

• Act as the primary client contact throughout the engagement lifecycle, building trusted relationships with key business and technology stakeholders.
• Proactively manage customer expectations, delivery risks, escalations, and overall client satisfaction.
• Oversee the health of multiple client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term partnership success.
• Conduct regular service reviews and work closely with customers to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Delivery Operations & Resource Management

• Coordinate consultants, architects, developers, and delivery teams across multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage resource planning, capacity planning, and consultant utilisation to ensure optimal delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Practice Leads and Solution Architects to align delivery priorities and project staffing.
• Drive improvements to delivery methodology, governance frameworks, and operational best practices.

Commercial & Account Growth

• Monitor project financials, delivery margins, and overall engagement performance.
• Manage scope changes, commercial discussions, and change requests while protecting project profitability.
• Partner with Sales and Solution teams to identify follow-on opportunities and support the expansion of existing customer engagements.
• Contribute to the continued growth and maturity of the Delivery practice through leadership and operational excellence.

What Are We Expecting

• 8+ years of experience delivering ERP, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Application projects within a consulting or systems integrator environment.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end implementations across Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP platforms, or enterprise business applications.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience with the ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders and business leaders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, delivery teams, and cross-functional resources.
• Strong understanding of project governance, delivery management, resource planning, risk management, and organisational change management.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing Statements of Work (SOW), Change Requests (CR), project budgets, and delivery profitability.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience within a Microsoft Partner, Global System Integrator (SI), or ERP consulting organisation will be highly regarded.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Finance & Operations, Power Platform, or Microsoft Business Applications is advantageous.
