Supply Chain Control Tower Manager / Assistant Manager

Responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain visibility and execution across multiple markets by monitoring inventory, service levels, supply risks, and logistics performance. Acts as the central coordination point between Planning, Logistics, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, and Manufacturing teams to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.

About the Role

• Monitor supply chain performance and proactively identify supply constraints and risks.
• Manage inventory levels, stock coverage, and service performance to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Coordinate issue resolution and mitigation plans with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track and report key supply chain KPIs, including inventory, service levels, lead times, and shipment performance.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and expedite critical deliveries when required.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and management updates using ERP and reporting tools.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
• Support business continuity planning and regional supply chain projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Planning, Control Tower, or Logistics.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply planning, logistics, and KPI reporting.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as PowerBI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regional, and cross-functional environment.
