Role Overview

Looking for a fresher or 0-3 years experienced manufacturing candidate with basic computer, technical troubleshooting, MS Excel, English communication, and shift-working capability

Basic Requirement:

• Qualification: (O Level/SPM) or equivalent.
• Experience: Freshers can apply, or candidates with 0-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Language: Basic English reading, writing, and understanding required.
• Computer Skills: Basic MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel.
• Technical Skills: Basic troubleshooting, software installation, and computer literacy.
• Math Skills: Basic calculations and yield calculation knowledge.
• Production Knowledge: Understanding of production, assembly tools, and procedures.
• Soft Skills: Good reporting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Other Requirements:Good hand dexterity (hands-on work ability)
• Can work independently with minimum supervision
• Basic leadership skills
• Comfortable working in shifts
