Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Petaling Jaya, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling insurance products, providing financial planning services, and ensuring the satisfaction of clients through exceptional customer service. Primary responsibilities include identifying potential customers, conducting consultations, managing insurance policies, and delivering advice tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to address client concerns and build long-term relationships
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of the Malaysian insurance market is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is an advantage
