Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for Link4's customers in Malaysia.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and check-ins.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Support customer retention, renewals, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts, including training, consulting and professional services.
  • Generate customer referrals and introductions. 
  • Escalate customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and provide feedback to management.
  • Represent Link4 at customer meetings and industry events when required.
  • Prepare monthly customer activity and relationship reports.




Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service, account management, client relations, business development, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels within Link4.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia for customer meetings when required.
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English is a MUST.
