Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Communicate regularly with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in supplier management, purchase order processing, and issue resolution.
• Prepare supply chain reports, track KPIs, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, planning, logistics, and finance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other business applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Experience

• Freshers or junior professionals with Mandarin language proficiency are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or operations will also be considered.
• Experience working with international suppliers, particularly in China, will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Key Requirement
