Role Summary and Impact
The HR Operations Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of HR services and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. This position supports a range of HR activities including benefits administration, insurance management, HRDF submissions, employee movement documentation, and HR process coordination.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage confidential information while collaborating effectively across teams and stakeholders.
This position is critical to ensuring the smooth operational flow of our dynamic business and directly impacts the employee experience by providing essential support and fostering a trusted, efficient environment.

Measures of Success
In Three Months, You Would Have:
- Developed a thorough understanding of WPP Media's teams and their functions.
- Started building strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Managed vendor relationships for employee insurance and benefits administration.
- Independently handled employee and leave-related queries.
In Six Months, You Would Have:
- Mastered the administration of confidential master data, staff databases, and HR documentation, ensuring they are audit-ready.
- Gained a solid understanding of end-to-end HR operations supporting the employee experience.
- Built strong, trusting relationships with team members and the wider Group.
- Demonstrated ownership in managing HRDF applications, insurance analysis and employee movement documentation independently.
Responsibilities Of The Role
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Maintain and manage accurate HR records, including new hires, transfers, confirmations, terminations, and job classification changes.
- Oversee onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Prepare and issue employee movement, confirmation, and other HR-related letters.
- Administer and update organizational charts, training databases, and employee master lists.
- Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with company policies and audit standards.
Benefits, Insurance & HRDF
- Manage employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, and insurance coverage.
- Administer insurance enrolment for new hires, updates for movers and leavers, and removals for exiting employees.
- Liaise with insurance providers on policy updates, renewals, and claims management.
- Conduct insurance data analysis to monitor utilization trends and identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage HRDF applications, claims, and submissions, ensuring compliance and proper record-keeping.
- Support year-end benefit census activities and address employee queries related to benefits and insurance.
HR Operations Support
- Maintain employee data accuracy in HR systems and records.
- Support HR reporting, internal audits, and data-driven initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, documentation, and employee experience.
- Any other HR tasks as and when required.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
- Prior experience in a media agency is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, benefits administration, and HRDF procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Strong administrative, analytical, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
