Responsibilities
1. Ensure food and beverage service meet the standards and SOPs.
2. Handle guest complaints, special requests and special service.
3. Supervise floor operations, monitor food presentation, portion control and timing from kitchen to table.
4. Monitor staff attendance, discipling and performance.
5. Monitor stock levels of cutlery, crockery, condiments and beverages.
