Job Description
Responsibilities
- Good knowledge of contract and QS procedures and pricing.
- Evaluate quotations and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Track and manage project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Conduct site measurements and prepare progress claims
- Handle variation orders and final account settlements
- Work closely with project managers, site personnel, and stakeholders to support project delivery
- Ensure proper contract administration and compliance with procurement policies and local regulations
- Identify and mitigate cost-related risks early in the project timeline
- Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities & variation orders
- Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.
