• Partner with portfolio managers and external counterparties to refine tactical execution methodologies.

• Manage post-trade processes by reconciling trade details across order management and internal portfolio tracking platforms.
• Lead operational automation initiatives and compile regular market activity reports for stakeholders.

skills and experience required.

• Proven track record in equity execution or macro trading within an established buy-side or sell-side financial institution.
• Strong familiarity with major financial markets and standard order execution systems.
• Capability to leverage data tools like Python, SQL, or advanced spreadsheets to drive process automation.
• Exceptional risk awareness and meticulous attention to detail while working in a high-tempo trading room.
• Flexibility to align working hours with international market trading schedules.
