Job Summary

You will engage with clients to resolve queries, maintain accurate records, build strong business relationships, and support sales and promotional activities, including on-site visits and event support during irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their needs and inquiries
• Identify and resolve client queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client communications and information
• Build and sustain long-term business relationships with clients to support company growth
• Respond professionally and timely to client questions and requests
• Provide clients with relevant information about company products and services to support informed decisions
• Identify potential clients and present promotional and marketing offers to generate sales opportunities
• Conduct on-site sales visits to engage clients and close sales
• Support event operations by working long hours during weekends, holidays, and after-office hours as needed
