Job Summary

Manage the full spectrum of conveyancing matters, ensuring smooth transaction completion through effective communication, organization, and deadline management within a collaborative legal team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage conveyancing transactions including Purchase & Sale and Refinancing for both completed and BUC properties, commercial and residential
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, banks, and related parties to facilitate transaction progress
  • Conduct property and legal searches to support conveyancing processes
  • Issue accurate billings and maintain timely follow-ups to meet financial and procedural deadlines
  • Organize workload effectively to meet deadlines and ensure smooth completion of conveyancing transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve client queries and support overall case management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a conveyancing secretary in a law firm
  • Relevant diploma holders and fresh graduates with applicable qualifications are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work independently and manage client queries efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients and colleagues effectively
  • Meticulous and well-organized approach to work under time constraints
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor in client interactions
