Salary: Up to $3,400 Gross
Working Hours: 10-hour shifts
Rest Days: 6 days per month
Location: Suntec City

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival.
• Manage seating arrangements for walk-in guests and reservations.
• Assist in coordinating guest flow to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Promote signature dishes, menu items, and ongoing promotions.
• Assist with serving rice and basic service duties when required.
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and attend to guests' enquiries.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

• Friendly, cheerful, and customer-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or F&B is an advantage.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
