Job Summary

Coordinate and manage export sea freight shipments by scheduling bookings, handling documentation, resolving operational issues, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure efficient shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate booking, shipment scheduling, and documentation for export sea freight shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Manage email correspondence with local and overseas customers, principals, and agents to resolve operational issues promptly and maintain clear communication
• Oversee daily shipping operations and transactions to maintain efficient workflow and ensure shipment progress
• Organize and verify shipment documentation and operational tasks with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate effectively within a team and independently manage assigned responsibilities to achieve operational goals
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain accurate shipment records
• Adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments to meet changing operational demands and deadlines

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Diploma Holder or equivalent

• Experience working in Shipping Companies is required
