The "Middleware" group has been created within the IT department to industrialize tasks linked to production environments, including application deployment, monitoring and 2nd-level support.

The Middleware Team's Mission Is To

• Provide level 2 support for production applications
• Diagnose and resolve malfunctions
• Suggest areas for improvement
• Contribute to technical and business projects
• Ensure compliance with SLAs
• Respecting good integration practices
• Securing data flows
• Participate in the industrialization of environments
• Ensure compliance with norms and standards
• Keep documentation up to date

Job Requirements

• Degree in IT or equivalent
• Min 8 years of experience with strong hands-on technical expertise of WSO2 (REST API Server)
• Technical hands-on experience in JAVA technologies (Tomcat)
• Ability to perform Python and Shell scripting
• Obtained valid WS02 certifications
• Experience in banking industry and domain knowledge in banking systems
