Operator II / Technician

Location: Singapore (HP Office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation

SGD 2,200 – 2,800 per month

• Shift allowance: SGD 300 – 400
• CPF benefits applicable

Role Overview

We are seeking Operator II / Technician professionals to support manufacturing and production operations in a shift-based environment. The role involves hands-on production tasks, basic technical troubleshooting, equipment handling, and adherence to operational standards and safety protocols.

Experience Requirement

• Freshers / Entry-level candidates welcome
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred (manufacturing / production environment)
• Candidates with internship or technical certification will be considered
• Candidates with up to 3+ years of manufacturing experience may also be considered for experienced profiles

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly activities as per SOPs
• Support basic troubleshooting of equipment and production issues
• Carry out basic software installation and updates when required
• Perform yield calculations and basic mathematical computations
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Work collaboratively in small teams within a shift-based setup
• Operate independently with minimal supervision when required

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic technical troubleshooting ability
• Strong manual dexterity and hands-on capability
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel preferred)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic mathematics (summing, yield calculation)
• Understanding of production tools, procedures, and workflows
• Strong instructional comprehension and reporting skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Team collaboration and basic leadership potential

Work Schedule

• 12-hour shifts for 2 days
• 8-hour shifts for 3 days per week
• Rotational shift pattern
