We are looking for a result-oriented Customer Service Manager with strong customer service and time management skills ensure project objectives and deadlines are consistently met.


The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently while leading a team to deliver exceptional customer support and client-focused solutions. This role requires the ability to analyse issues, communicate complex information in clear and easy-to-understand terms, and provide practical recommendations that align with industry best practices.


This position is offered on a local employment package based on the successful candidate’s country of employment and does not include expatriate benefits.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall profitability of the customer service business in the country.
  • Achieve monthly and annual Sales and EBT budgets through the successful execution of service sales strategies and tactics.
  • Proactively take the lead in driving all CS enquiries and orders.
  • Possess the relevant technical expertise and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate the service team.
  • Supervisory duties include coaching, training and motivating the service team to perform effectively.
  • Active and regular communication with customers to build and maintenance the relationship.
  • Management of all customer activities across all BUs and Service lines.
  • Ensure maintenance of data in global tools (Salesforce, SaX, PPV, GPR etc).
  • Support escalation management with the SSI and customer organization as SPOC (single point of contact).
  • Ensure the service team develop the technical competency on SSI products and solutions and achieve high utilization rate.


About you

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in customer service or engineering services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, customer management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Customer-centric, highly motivated, and driven to achieve service excellence and business growth.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong documentation skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality technical reports and documentation.
  • Good understanding of customer service operations, performance metrics, and key service KPIs.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management processes and automation solutions is an added advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external stakeholder engagement.
