We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects, guiding Application Consultants through delivery while ensuring alignment with client requirements and system capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Manage project delivery within approved scope, timeline, and quality standards
- Coordinate with Technology Development teams on client customisations
- Support issue resolution during implementation phases
- Maintain complete project documentation and ensure proper handover to Customer Support
- Validate Parallel Run and UAT outcomes and obtain client sign-off
- Deliver end-user training and maintain training records, including HRD Corp claims where applicable
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Collaborate with Product, Development, UI, Customer Support, and Sales teams
- Coordinate with third-party vendors when required
Must-have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computing, Software Development, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in system implementation and/or web application delivery
- At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role
- Experience with HRMS or HR-related systems
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft tools
- Client-facing project delivery experience in HR or enterprise application environments
- Exposure to end-to-end enterprise system implementation projects with cross-functional teams (Inferred — please review)
