Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand customer base and ensure strong market presence
- Set sales quotas and targets for individual team members and overall sales team
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance through regular check-ins, reviews, and KPI tracking
- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new sales representatives to build a strong team
