岗位职责

Front Desk & Visitor Management

Professional Reception: Serve as the first point of contact; greet visitors and manage the visitor log/security passes.
Communication: Efficiently screen and route incoming calls and general inquiries.
Environment: Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
Administrative & Office Operations

Administrative & Office Operations

Correspondence: Manage all incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and courier services.
Documentation: Handle filing systems (physical and digital) and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Specialized Admin: Facilitate airport pass applications and prepare supporting letters.
Supply Chain: Monitor inventory, order office supplies, and coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance.

Operational Support

Schedule Management: Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for management and staff.
Data Management: Maintain accurate employee/client databases and assist with basic financial processing (invoices, bills, and expenses).
Events: Support with onboarding logistics and assist in the coordination of meetings and corporate events.

Communication & Coordination

Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between management, staff, and external clients.
Confidentiality: Ensure the highest level of discretion and security for all sensitive information.
