Responsibilities
- Manage procurement by ordering and following up on supplies and inventory to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations
- Organize workflows and standardize processes to support treatment clinic setup and operational efficiency
- Track stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and arrange timely reordering to maintain adequate supplies
- Coordinate daily operations and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service delivery
- Rotate across various functions to gain a holistic understanding of office and clinic operations, preparing for leadership roles
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Business (fresh graduates welcome)
- Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate smoothly within a team
