Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Clerk to join our team. As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing processes, maintaining records, and data entry work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate invoices for services and products provided.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and payments.
• Process payments, refunds, and adjustments as needed.
• Review and verify billing data.
• Additional administrative tasks related to billing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in billing, accounting, or finance is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with billing software is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Standard office hours
