Job Description

The Production Operator is responsible for molding, trimming, and processing products while rotating through various production roles to support quality, safety, and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate molding and trimming presses in accordance with established procedures.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately and on time.
• Manage product flow through the production process.
• Set up and operate weighing scales for packaging activities.
• Follow all site safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
• Support team operations and cross-training activities as required.

Requirements

• Secondary school education preferred.
• Ability to understand work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures.
• Detail-oriented with good teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and support training activities when required.
• Able to perform production-related duties, including occasional handling and lifting of materials.
