Job Summary

We are hiring Parcel Delivery Drivers/Walkers to safely and timely deliver parcels across Singapore using company vehicles or on foot, following assigned routes and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and load parcels accurately for daily delivery from the warehouse or distribution point
• Deliver parcels to homes and businesses following assigned routes and schedules
• Use mobile apps to scan parcels and confirm successful deliveries
• Respond to customer enquiries clearly and professionally during delivery
• Return undelivered parcels to the depot promptly
• Navigate Singapore roads efficiently using navigation apps to optimize delivery routes
• Lift and carry parcels safely to complete deliveries

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Singapore driving licence (Class 3 depending on vehicle)
• Be physically able to lift parcels for delivery
• Demonstrate punctuality and responsibility in completing delivery tasks
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and navigation apps

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided if applicable
