Job Description

• Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanix and Citrix server systems, load balancers, and proxies.
• Assist in managing compliance-related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimize downtime.
• Support day-to-day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and other technical initiatives.

Qualifications-

• At least Degree in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
• Good technical skills in engineering, computer, and IT systems, and preferably incommunications technologies as well
• Good working knowledge of Life Cycle Management and Systems Engineering in Windows server platform not limited to Microsoft System Centre suite of products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Server Operating System, Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor, Ubuntu, Redhat, ⁠Citrix Virtual Desktop, BeyondTrust PIM/PAM, RSA Security Appliance, Splunk, Solarwinds, Tenable VMS, Veeam Backup, Ansible Automation Platform, Tenable VMS etc.
• At least1-3 years’ experience in Information Technology industry in the areas of Microsoft, Nutanix or Citrix system implementation, project management and O&S.
• Good communication and writing skills - Shall have experience in performing project management, handle technical challenges and in liaising with the user and vendor to define business requirements and deliver technical solution.
