About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Network Engineer to support and maintain network and infrastructure systems across our office, data centre, and distributed field environments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reliable connectivity, system availability, and operational continuity across geographically dispersed sites. You will be responsible for supporting both enterprise IT systems and Operations Technology (OT) platforms, including parking systems, EV charging infrastructure, CCTV, and intercom systems, which are essential to daily operations. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong problem-solving skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to operate in real-world field conditions, including sites with limited connectivity.
Key responsibilities
Manage and support network and infrastructure systems across office, data centre, and field environments
Ensure stable connectivity across distributed sites, including OT systems such as parking systems, CCTV, intercoms, and EV charging infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across network and infrastructure layers (routing, firewall, DNS, server, and application connectivity)
Configure, maintain, and optimise network devices such as firewalls, switches, and routers
Manage site-to-site VPNs and remote access connectivity across multiple locations
Support integration with vendor systems and external platforms, ensuring reliable end-to-end connectivity
Monitor network and system performance, proactively identifying issues and implementing improvements
Perform onsite deployment, setup, and troubleshooting at data centres and remote field locations
Support secure access and overlay networking solutions (e.g. ZeroTier, Cloudflare)
Diagnose and resolve connectivity challenges in constrained environments (e.g. basement sites, low telco signal, 4G/WWAN dependency)
About you
2–4 years of hands-on experience in network or infrastructure support
Diploma or Degree in IT, Network Engineering, or a related field
Willingness to travel to field sites and perform onsite support when required
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites and priorities
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, NAT, and DNS
Hands-on experience with switches (e.g. Juniper, Meraki) and routers (Cisco preferred)
Experience with firewalls and VPN technologies (site-to-site and remote access)
Familiarity with overlay networking / secure access solutions (e.g. ZeroTier, Cloudflare)
Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues across network and system layers
