Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee, coordinate & execute assigned projects, ensuring they are completed and delivered as per request, within the time frame as agreed.
  • Perform project scheduling, planning, material requisition, cost monitoring and documentation submission & control.
  • Coordinate with the internal design team & external customers on project document & drawings submission, amendments, re-submission & approval.
  • Update & backup project documentation, drawings, reports & procedures (SOP, WI, Lesson Learned, etc.)
  • Participate in project progress meetings and update weekly status, monitor contract completion and submit weekly reports to management & customers.
  • Work closely with the internal team (Production, Logistics, QC, Service & Support etc.) on project schedule and deliveries, FAT, SAT, and modification work.
  • Co-ordinate with principals and customers to support technical matters of product manufacturing in the factory, and systems installation on site.
  • Attend site meetings, site surveys and switch room measurements.
  • Liaise with customers on factory inspection, deliveries, installation and on-site testing.
  • Work together with team members to attend & service customers’ complaints, and feedback and provide solutions for project change requirements.
  • Support team members' work to enhance teamwork spirit.
  • Participate in product demonstrations, testing and commissioning if required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.


Job Specification

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or related industrial engineering field.
  • Min 2 years’ working experience, preferably in project management.
  • Some hands-on experience in electrical SWBD and system assembly & installation.
  • Familiar with local codes, regulations and procedures.
  • IT skills (MS Office). AutoCAD preferred.
  • Good communication and people relation skills.
  • Leadership, ownership, team player, self-motivated.
  • Attention to detail and eager to learn new technology.
