Responsibilities

·       Responsiblefor providing preventive maintenance service for BMS (Building ManagementSystem)

·       Carryout troubling shooting, analyzing and rectification of the system on time

·       Supportclient with system operation and recommendation for improvement

·       Dataanalyzing and determination of the system operation status

·       Responseclient’s request and attend the issue in short notice

·       Supervisesubcontractor to carry out the work safely

·       Providethe assistance to colleague and mentoring actively

·       Ensure all works carried out in accordancewith the specified quality and EHS standards

·       Prepare and submit quotations, includingmaterial, labor, and scope of works

·       Perform replacement/repair, fit outworks/A&A for existing BMS site

·       Perform weekly standby on rotation schedule

·      Perform calibration and verification ofBMS sensors annually

·       Provide sales support BMS service andsite survey

Requirements

·       Diploma/Degree from a recognized technical institute

·       Handson experience in BMS Control System

·       Handson  experience in  programming languages and logic gates

·       Familiarwith digital fundamental

·       Knowledgeon basic networking

·       Strongcustomer management & problem solving skills

·       Excellentcommunication & presentation skills

·       Skilledin the use of MS office

·       Knowledgeon ACMV system
