Oversee and manage the overall operations of multiple F&B outlets under the group to ensure operational excellence and consistency.

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and service quality across all outlets.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of outlets through key performance indicators (KPIs), sales analysis, and operational reviews.

Lead and supervise outlet management teams to ensure compliance with company objectives and operational standards.

Formulate and execute business plans to improve profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Manage manpower planning, workforce allocation, and organizational development to support business growth.

Oversee budget planning, cost management, and financial performance of F&B operations.

Establish and maintain quality assurance systems to ensure consistent service delivery and operational standards.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, employment regulations, and relevant governmental requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including suppliers and service providers, to support business operations.

Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective measures to improve efficiency and performance.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.

Support the expansion of business operations, including the opening of new outlets and implementation of new operational initiatives.

Prepare management reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management regarding operational performance and business development.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes and strengthen organizational capabilities.
